another day, another adventure.

I love London. I know I've probably said that before, but really. London is the coolest. The city, the style, the accents, the food, the plays, the people, the shopping, the tube. Everything is just... cool.

To be honest, the past couple weeks have been a complete blur. A happy, fun, adventure-filled blur. I should have written down what we've done each day, but time is scarce and days are busy. Busyyyy. With school and homework and day trips and weekend trips and exploring the city, there's hardly any time left. But I have pictures to remember every fun moment and I will try to capture as much as I can in this blog post.

Our favorite thing in London is Camden Market. It's a massive lively, artsy street market with tons of cheap food and clothes and fun things. We hang out in the market, eat every yummy treat possible, enjoy the live music everywhere, and buy every cool thing we see. The Brazilian churros, chocolate fruit skewers, and Dutch pancakes are among our favorites.

Our other favorite thing in London is all the plays. We're that group obsessed with seeing every play that we can. Because let's be real, there's nothing better than a night on the town- grabbing some dinner and seeing a West End play. This week we saw Once, Macbeth, and Wicked. Once- cool British play. macbeth- we saw it at the Globe Theatre. Unbeatable. (a little chilly in the outdoor theatre at night, but so worth it). Wicked- need I say more? Uh.May.Zinggg.

This week we also saw some cool places, like Dover Castle, Hampton Court, and Kew Gardens. The White Cliffs at Dover were beautiful, and seeing the ocean always brings an "ahhhh" moment. Hampton Court and Kew Gardens were both beautiful. Hampton Court, was honestly a little strange. But... we did see like a super famous British music group there. Jedward. Apparently they were on the X Factor and are a super big deal here in Britain. We ran into them a bunch of times as we were chillin' at the castle. Pretty cool I guess, I mean, if you're into them. And Kew Gardens was rainy, but still beautiful. Our favorite area was the pumpkin patch. It made us long for some pumpkin bread and Thanksgiving dinner.

On Saturday, we spent the night on the town. Grabbed some Chinese food and headed to hang out at Big Ben and the London Eye. I even met up with one my friends from high school which was so random and lovely! I didn't even know she was here, until about an hour before she messaged me and we planned to meet at Big Ben! I've had pretty great luck here with running into people. Thanks Europe- you're neat.

London is the coolest. You know you live a pretty blessed life when your average day can consist of seeing a play in the city, grabbing some Shake Shack food, and hanging out by Big Ben. My friends are just the greatest and this entire group just rocks. Our apartment may be ghetto and we may be tired of school, but hey. We live in London. I got nothin' to complain about. Plus, homework can always be put on hold for a 30 second dance party. (HOLLA at ya apartment numba one).

(Also, my besties Mel and Manda make darling videos of all our adventures. If you ever wanna see them, go to their blog at www.doofandsmell.blogspot.com )

Till next time... Cheers.
